Women should recognize that they are not passive objects in politics any more, but active political subjects who are given equal rights and roles with men. Women themselves should have political will as political actors and vigorously participate in politics. In order to do so, women have to concentrate on self-preparation and self-management for political participation, decide their own professional fields, and develop capabilities to conduct political activities based on their expertise. Moreover, they should set their own goals and will clearly, and grow driving force, judgement and determination that enables them to promote any tasks in any circumstances.
